NORAM Aggregator Inside Sales Manager, Cloud Services Provider Program
The Aggregator Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for the execution of targeted Cloud Services Provider sales campaigns in the NORAM region.
The Inside Sales Manager will manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, opportunity management, forecasting, to post-sale Cloud Services Provider implementation, usage/consumption, and revenue tracking.
Key to the Inside Sales Manager's success will be effective communications and collaboration with the Aggregator National Partner Manager, Aggregator sales teams, Solution Architects (SA), and Business Development Managers (BDM).
Lastly, while engaging with the Cloud Services Providers the Inside Sales Manager will gather additional account information about the partner GTM strategies, new service offerings, competition in the account, contact information, and compliance of the Cloud Sales Provider so it can be shared with the sales team for account planning.
The Aggregator Inside Sales Manager performance will be measured based on the execution of Cloud Services Provider sales campaigns that generate YoY sales, pipeline generation and close rate, and increased consumption.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Aggregator NPM to drive YoY revenue growth for Aggregator Led Partners, ALP, by the adoption of new solutions and services.
- Focus on increasing consumption by enabling existing partners on new solutions and services campaigns.
And able to define results of each campaign.
- Be an independent business contributor by participation and offering constructive opinions and insight during strategic sales planning sessions.
- Contribute to the development of sales plays, assist in their executions, and track their results.
- Collect business intelligence from our internal systems.
Be able to analyze the business data, develop spreadsheets and create meaningful ppt presentations from the data to be used during sales meetings.
- Participate as required in Bi-weekly sales calls, Monthly Biz Reviews, QBR's, Partner Summits, Field demand events, and EXPLORE.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Able to build strong relationships.
**Requirements**:
- Work independently from a satellite office.
Processes the ability to understand the importance of project deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment and their immediately impact on the business.
- Some sales experience preferred, particularly in software solutions sales into the Channel.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
- Knowledge of software subscription licensing models and programs would be beneficial.
- Ability to accurately forecast, identify risk, and upside opportunities.
- Well organized and effective in the development and execution of sales business development planning.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation abilities
- Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Work from the office, expectations are 4 days a week
