We are looking for a Media and Graphic Designer to join our team. +3 years of experience working in the field of graphics design in all stages, from conceptualization to production.

1. Key Responsibilities
1.1 Design user flows, wireframes, landing pages, websites, social media content and general design. 1.2 Plan and execute paid social media content across all channels.
1.3 Be comfortable managing large social media budgets and allocating spend across platforms to align with business goals.
1.4 Tracking and evaluating the success of campaigns, as well as providing reports to stakeholders including actionable insights for iteration.
1.5 Ensuring the integrity and consistency of the brand.
1.6 Communicates with client to discuss and finalize the design of grids and layouts.
1.7 Maintains archive of images, photos, fonts and design assets of previous work products. 1.8 Responsible for achievement of quality standards for assigned deliverables.
1.9 Always deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and on budget.
1.10 Ability to work both in teams and independently.
1.11 Ability to self-manage and self-motivate.
1.12 Fast and stable internet connection.

2. Required Experience
2.1 A strong portfolio that demonstrates beautiful & strategically creative solutions.
2.2 A great eye for detail, demonstrate creative and innovative problem solving and possess some leaders- hip abilities.
2.3 Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills; thinks "outside of the box”.
2.4 Must possess superior UX and UI skills, translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into engaging, intuitive, and functional user interfaces and the best online user experience.
2.5 Development of digital interfaces based on graphics standards, user experience and best practices to generate digital content (e.g. images, video, banners, animations, etc.).
2.6 +3-5 years of experience working in the field of graphics design in all stages, from conceptualization to production.
2.7 Expert skills and experience using inVision, UX/UI Photoshop, Illustrator.
2.8 Speed and agility; ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, developing creative design within tight deadlines, working on multiple projects at the same time.
