The Member Service Specialist is highly experienced, responsible for achieving professional and high-level customer service by gathering all the communication from members on digital venues and providing the right solution in a timely manner.
Requisitos del Puesto
• University degree or Minimum 3+ years in Marketing, Business Administration or related careers.

• Bilingual (oral and written)
Experiencia Deseada
• 3+ years of professional work experience in Customer Service, Community Management, Event Organization/Planning, or Marketing.
Habilidades Deseadas
Excellent verbal communication and organization skills with the ability to present ideas and information clearly.

Must have excellent analytic skills to process information and clearly define the problem and solution.

People-oriented and good attitude towards service. Must also be calmed and used to work under pressure.

Team player and the ability to integrate with diverse departments.

Must have good business writing skills and must possess excellent grammar and spelling.
