Desired Qualifications
3+ years of working experience in application integration utilizing Active MQ, Tibco, EDI, or WebMethods
3+ years working experience in creating Perl and Unix shell scripts
3+ years working experience in the following server environements: Windows, iSeries, Unix, AIX, and Linux
Education
Bachelors degree, in business, engineering, computer science, IT, or MIS
Experience
Application Integration Support, both as an individual contributor and leader
3 years working experience in creating Perl and Unix shell scripts
3 years working experience in the following server environements: Windows, iSeries, Unix, AIX, and Linux
3 years experience in working I T on level 3 support for application servers or similar environment.
Skills
Proven experience in web technology support including Java and windows web technologies
Proven Experience working with partners to evaluate business needs and define requirements
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new, complex technologies
Proven experience with global customer service or support experience
Adaptable and curious with a strong desire to learn more than taught
Keen Sense of priorities coupled with focus on relentless determination
Resiliency to learn, recover, and take the risk to grow outside their comfort zone
Pursue and reinforce collaboration with a focus on creating a positive customer experience
