**Job Description**:
Freedom to choose methods within broadly defined processes and tools to produce the desired results.
Typically handles inquiries of moderate scope and complexity within customer service areas, such as Account Management, Upselling, Customer Issue Resolution, Customer Inquiry Support, and Customer Service Analytics.
The position may have a direct impact on the direct work group/team, providing direction and advice to co-workers.
Manages escalated issues.
Leads projects, teams, and performs complex analysis as well as initiatives which maintain and improve customer service levels.
Provides functional work direction to co-workers as assigned.
Coaches and provides input on the business performance review.
Guides team on problem-solving and resolution.
Works under mínimal supervision.
