:1+ years' experience with Insite Commerce
:3:5+ years of C/ASP.NET (.NET versions 3.5, 4.0, 4.5).
:3:5+ years' experience with JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, AJAX, CSS
:3:5+ years of SQL Server knowledge (SQL Server 2008 R2 and SQL Server 2012)
:2+ years' experience with LINQ, Entity Framework (or other ORM)
:2+ years' experience with WCF and web services
:Experience with Visual Studio 2010 or 2012
:Able to write technical documentation
:Excellent communicator with both technical and non:technical staff and clients
:Experience with Team Foundation Server 2010
:Able to write customer facing documentation
:Able to analyze detailed design specifications and architect solutions
:Able to lead a team and mentor more junior developers
:Experience in Agile / SCRUM projects
:Perform code reviews and provide helpful and specific feedback
:Excellent communicator with both technical and non:technical staff and clients
:Handles multitasking extremely well
:Schedule, organize and complete work within deadlines
:Able to estimate tasks and develop to those estimates successfully
