DescriptionEmerson Automation Solutions group is responsible for providing IT Support Services to all end users in the centralized business systems. This role is responsible for handling the development for new features related to CRM Cloud application.
Design and implement maintainable software solutions on the backend components, databases, services, APIs, and more. Use engineering best practices to apply basic principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments.

Work with other software developers, supervisors, testers, product managers, senior leadership, and customers as needed
Design, implement, test, and document software systems utilizing standard procedures and techniques in an Agile environment.
Deploy- Implement changes.
Apply existing standards for programming, naming, security, performance and provide proper code documentation.
Provide support to our customers.

DevOps, understanding of object-oriented and MVC principles., a strong understanding of software development life-cycle and best practices preferred.
Experience working in software teams with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies preferred.
Perform root-cause analysis to identify and define elegant solutions to software and business problems.
Collaborate within and between teams to identify, define and document non-functional requirements.
Write high-quality, functioning, performant and enduring code.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar Engineering degree.
3+ years experience with professional software development.
