Responsible for NPI (New Product Introduction) and technology introduction in Costa Rica test operation from early engagement planning, samples generation thru PRQ (Product Release Qualification) and transfer Certification. Foster collaboration with Division, Tec Development and other supply chain organizations that directly or indirectly contributed to transfer success. Formalize business processes with objective to facilitate resource mobilization and close competency gap to achieve both efficiency and effectiveness across factories, product/package platform. Demonstrate ability to drive the team forward during ambiguous time, resolve competing priorities and logically balance the NPI loading in the network with a high mixed of product and technology variation.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor/Masters degree on a related a technical field
Experience in Manager Positions (High Volume Manufacturing, engineering, operational excellence).
10+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.
7+ years of experience managing teams that accomplish operational and technical objectives and continuous improvement. Proven track record in people management with positive feedback from themselves and the organization
Advanced English Level.
