**O2C MANAGER**:
Our team in **Heredia** currently has an opening for a **O2C Manager**
The Credit Manager will be responsible for plan, lead, direct, manage and control the Credit Control team in line with targets and defined credit policy.
Lead by example a cross-functional collaboration and create a motivating working atmosphere in order to produce desired results.
**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide leadership and guidance to Credit Control Manager to ensure that credit operation is processed efficiently and effectively.
- Partner with business units to develop and manage the strategic direction, governance and management of the team.
- Manage and monitor credit control initiatives to ensure efficient processing of credit control activities by adopting best practices.
- Ensure compliance to Financial Accounting Standard mainly on treatment for provision of doubtful debts.
- Lead and manage the credit control team on KPI.
- Ensure all issues relating to credit risks are being updated and escalated.
- Coach and motivate team members to ensure optimum performance.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Advanced knowledge/ use of ERP and office productivity tools (MS Office etc.)
- Excellent strategic leadership and management skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and coordinate with other internal departments to deliver seamless service to customers.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
