**This role is located in Costa Rica and requires all applicants to already have the rights to live and work in Costa Rica before applying.****ABOUT THE JOB**- Organize and ensure the correct logistic of tours including tour guides assignation and transportation- Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Microsoft Teams- Flexible working hours / weekly schedule including working during weekends- Excellent communication skills- Fluent verbal and written English, an extra European language would be advantageous.- Someone who never stops looking ahead, seeking new ways to delight customers- Ability to work under pressure, able to work effectively on tight timetables or deadlines- Exceptional time management skills**ABOUT YOU**- An experienced individual in tourism business.
