Operative Agent - Air Logistics

Your Role Agent works providing operational support along with clerical tasks that aid the business operations. Your Responsibilities

- Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.

- Follow working instructions and guidelines.

- Attend to training.

- Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.

- Keep fluent communication with the Team Leader.

- Follow company's Policy Manual.

- Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.

- Achieve productivity and quality. Your Skills and Experiences

- High school diploma.

- Intermediate English level – written and oral.

- Intermediate Excel level.

- Typing skills (21wpm).

- Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
