The OpEx Analyst have specific roles and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to control and analysis of historical data, headcount revision, close activities like journal entries, control and approval of shopping cars, investigation of reporting data, analysis and process improvements.

Independently and proactively analyzes financial information and develops solutions to complex problems. Consistently utilizes and applies advanced financial modeling, accounting, business and risk management skills.

Provides varying levels of advice and financial information to operational business groups or factories to drive the business decision making process.

These responsibilities require close partnership with finance stakeholders or operational partners. The role could have extra hours needed during close and POR (Plan of record) cycles, and in addition, could be part of a future transition of work from current or new groups to the SSC (Shared Service Center).

Skills required:

Communication / Partnership:

Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to clearly and concisely communicate issues

Effective communication across diverse groups and management levels, and have the ability to work as a part of a cross-functional team


Use data to influence decision making

Demonstrate ability to present to senior managers without undue tension or nervousness

Problem Solving:

Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions

Financial analysis:

Manipulates data into information

Draws conclusions and proposes solutions

Process Improvement

Passion for process improvement

Willingness to optimize Data including but not limited to Power BI, Automation, etc



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field

3+ years' experience in a related field


Prior OPEX (FP&A) or Risk & Controls experience
