The OpEx Analyst have specific roles and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to control and analysis of historical data, headcount revision, close activities like journal entries, control and approval of shopping cars, investigation of reporting data, analysis and process improvements.
Independently and proactively analyzes financial information and develops solutions to complex problems. Consistently utilizes and applies advanced financial modeling, accounting, business and risk management skills.
Provides varying levels of advice and financial information to operational business groups or factories to drive the business decision making process.
These responsibilities require close partnership with finance stakeholders or operational partners. The role could have extra hours needed during close and POR (Plan of record) cycles, and in addition, could be part of a future transition of work from current or new groups to the SSC (Shared Service Center).

Qualifications
Minimum
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
3+ years' experience in a related field
Preferred
Prior OPEX (FP&A) or Risk & Controls experience
