Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions for system requirements with different business groups
- Design, configure and partner with the project team to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions, including integrations
- Support integrated testing strategies and coordinate testing efforts with end users
- Understanding of SQL queries, PL/SQL Code to debug defects
- Drive functional discussions in domain space
- Work with the geographically distributed team comprised of Architects, Functional SMEs and Quality Engineers.
- Be willing to learn about existing IT platforms as well as new market offerings in this domain
Desired Skills/Experience
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of experience with Oracle Financials in Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Revenue in Invoice to Cash flows, familiar with business processes and technical implementations including data model
- Technical exposure and hands on experience on Oracle EBS, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Workflow
- Experience in Revenue and Oracle APEX
- Experience integrating ERP systems (Preferably Oracle EBS) with SaaS offerings
- Reviewing QA and UAT test scripts
- A complete understanding of SDLC and CD/CI
- Knowledge and Experience on developing PL/SQL, Oracle BI Publisher and SOA integrations
- Strong debugging skills and analysis on PL/SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills Must have experience giving presentations to senior management and Business Process owners
- Ability to work effectively under time-critical deadlines and handle competing priorities
- Well versed with Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Nice to Have Experience
- Experience in SAP Financials
- Working knowledge on integration channels like Fusion Middleware and/or Informatica
