Requisition ID: CRE000171 This is a contract/temporary position MSD's Business Service Center (BSC), located across three regions (Americas, Europe, and Asia), are responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of standardized, global financial processes. The BSC : Americas in San Jose, Costa Rica will be responsible for the execution and delivery of a broad range of financial services and processes across MSD business divisions and markets for the Americas region.

The responsibilities of the Order Management Analyst include support business units with the sales order process, which includes, booking orders into SAP as per established internal terms and conditions.

Processing credit and detail notes in accurate in accurate and timely manner as per company policies.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the execution of OtC processes for Americas markets, ensuring compliance with all policies, quality and Internal, External Control requirements.

Achieve all defined KPIs and SLA's

Constant communication and build strong working relationships with internal and external customers/clients.

Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications

Main Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance (Or career in progress)

Intermediate to Advanced PC skills (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Knowledge of the accounting cycle (Preferred)

Business Level fluency (oral and written) in Spanish and English languages

Problem solving and analytical skills with a proactive management style to implement

Team player with a focus on collaboration

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills required

Fast learner and attention to detail

Preferred requirements:

Pharmaceutical Industry experience
