Analyst will be
responsible for the execution of the order entry and customer services of
different type of products at MSD
Primary responsibilities
for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Resolve customer queries in the areas of
Order management,
Customer services mainly via phone calls or faxes
Through daily problem
resolution, identify and propose process improvement
Assist in communications
with internal business customers
Processing credit and debit
notes
Process purchase orders Received from
customers in a timely manner while complying with SLAS.
Collaborate with various
MSD organizations to resolve process and/or technical issues across multiple
ERP systems
Properly and effectively
escalate issues that cannot be resolved real time
Ensure compliance with
company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values and
standards of ethics and integrity
Effectively manage and
prioritize workload efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positive
customer service culture
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of
2 years of experience in a call center environment, finance or accounting
departments of a multinational company
Business
Level fluency (oral and written) in Spanish and English languages
Experience
working in an organization providing services across multiple markets or
geographies. Customer service experience
Advanced college degree in accounting, finance, business or career about to
complete.
Intermediate
PC skills (Word, Power Point, Excel, Share point)
Problem solving
and Analytical skills.
Team player
with a focus on collaboration
Preferred:
Pharmaceutical industry experience
Experience
using SAP
