**About this opportunity**

Align, the makers of Invisalign ® is looking for an **Outsourcing Specialist 6**. This exciting new role would be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry. **The Outsourcing Specialist 6** leads the day-to-day delivery of outsourced solutions to internal clients, overseeing the technical aspects of the project and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors. This role ensures the continuous and effective provision of services, as well as project completion within budget and in accordance with contract requirements. This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign®) to our customers. **In this role, you will**
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers for facilities management. Coordinate contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Act as a central point of contact for all outsourced facilities services. Coordinate service requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that outsourced services meet established standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and management of the facilities services budget. Monitor expenses, track costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements.
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities related to outsourced services. Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to address emergencies or disruptions.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance of outsourced service providers. Track metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to facilities management. Ensure that outsourced services comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and service enhancements. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of facilities services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to outsourced services, including contracts, agreements, and performance reports. Prepare and present regular updates to management on the status of facilities services.
- Skill in fostering strong communication channels with subcontractors to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.

**In this role, you'll typically need **
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related or
- Master's degree.
- 3-6 years of directly related experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in utilize ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address subcontractors related issues and solve problems.
