**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Drives multiple complex operational processes, such as Compliance queries and solutions, resolve data management cases, Contracts complex situations and non-standard cases.
- Acts as a project manager for moderately complex, small to medium projects.
- Work with Partners located in AMS, provide guidance and great customer support for brand new accounts
**Education & Experience** Recommended**
- First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
- Typically 4-6 years of experience in customer sucess, data management, team worker
**Knowledge & Skills**
- Advanced communication skills (e.g.
written, verbal, presentation).
Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required, Portuguese is a plus
- Ability to work as both a member and leader of a team
- Solid understanding of internal business processes and policies.
- Project Management skills and customer relationship management
- Power BI dashboard creation
- Demonstrated passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Ability to empathize with customers and tailor solutions to their unique requirements
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address customer issues.
