Job DescriptionThe Partner Program Operations Process Analyst will work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the execution and optimization of comprehensive operational processes in a specific program area. He/She needs the ability to think strategically while also getting into the details of proper execution. This role is focused on Partner Registration Operations and will ensure that business needs are being prioritized and SLAs are met in assisting Field Sales and Partners with administrative and operational tasks.The individual for this role must have a track record of business and operations process re-engineering and strong experience in both technical and programmatic deployments, excellent oral and written communication skills, and experience in documentation and project management process methodologies.Responsibilities• Provide oversight to the Partner Registration Operations team’s day-to-day functions• Prioritize tasks, provide training, manage workloads, enable process improvement, and gather feedback• Work cross-functionally with other teams to resolve issues, understand the business and data challenges, and respond to program escalation and exception requests• Drive the requirements of the process necessary to support the program and the enhancements to the infrastructure that is built• Monitor, track and report on the program SLA’s and other KPI’s as defined• Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with key managers of the business for the purpose of reviewing progress as well as identifying optimization opportunities• Accountable for system testing, process management and document control• Understand sales processes well enough to provide a quality assurance check of program automation system deliverables and a point of view of best practices and solutions across functions• Advocate and drive adoption of “best practices” to ensure standardization across operational functions.• Managing Opportunity Registrations and Opportunity creation on Salesforce.com• Maintains quality service by monitoring standards, advising supervisor of potential problems• Explore opportunities to add value to optimize transaction process and provide backup support for other areas as needed.QualificationsRequirements:• 5 – 7 years’ experience working in a complex and high-risk change environment with multiple stakeholders and securing their engagement to deliver change• Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing policies and procedures• Operations management (Meeting SLAs, Linearity, Quality, Driving Metrics)• Previous channel experience, including an understanding of two-tier channel sales and various partner segment fundamentals• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships in matrix environments using formal and informal networking skills. Strong and open communicator – shares ideas and experiences, actively involves people.• Expert experience desired in the capability areas of deal registration, opportunity management, and/or leads management within the Salesforce.com infrastructure• Demonstrated experience to facilitate, influence and lead projects, manage stakeholder relationships, drive discussions remotely and over the phone.• Excellent task prioritization, escalation management and planning skills• High attention to detail and ability to work within stringent deadlines• Must be highly motivated and flexible in order to work effectively in a fast-paced environment• Solid Excel, Blue Works Live and PowerPoint skills• BS RequiredAdditional InformationGreat Benefits.
