Purpose

:To create business solutions, tools, reports and metrics that will be utilized to communicate to all levels of the organization. Provide guidance and give work directions to others, responsible for developing the subject matter experts for the systems supporting Materials functions
Responsibilities

:Analyses business processes and information flows to develop/improve the Materials functionG?s effectiveness and efficiency.
:Works with cross:functional managers to gain consensus on team project priorities.
:Leads Materials group support of major business systems initiatives such as SAP enhancements.
:Works with Corporate GSP, MG Operations, IT, Supply Chain as well as Materials functions across the plant network in the prioritization process to set priorities
:Define user requirements specifications, create testing scenarios and successfully roll out new IT/SAP projects and enhancements
:Work with the users in the Materials Team to define and test SAP reports, databases or other systems functionally and tools requested by Materials Group.
:Additional Duties:
:Develop and administer technical skills assessments for systems (SAP) to Materials personnel to identify needs.
