Position Name:Planning and Forecasting Junior Analyst
Your Responsibilities:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
Provide support to the Planning and Forecasting Lead with the preparation of the 3+1 plan to the Leadership Team.
Responsible for the preparation of the monthly Opex, Operational, Advertising and Promotion and cash flow forecast.
Accountable for creating, updating and maintaining financial models to provide detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts for the market.
Compare forecasts against budgets and prior month forecasts.
Performs variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward
Preparation of internal management reports for executive leadership
The Planning & Forecasting Analyst is responsible for supporting the respective in-market Finance teams with robust planning and forecasting activities as well as accurate, insightful and timely management reporting and analysis to drive business decisions. He/she would also be expected to build strong relationships with the in-market finance teams to facilitate a One Finance Team approach

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
University studies in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics or similar careers.
3 years of experience in Finance preferably within a similar operating model and similar sector.
Microsoft Office Knowledge (Excel, Word and Power Point)
Strong financial analytical skills
Intermediate - Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:
SAP, BYSON or Lumira knowledge.
Power BI knowledge.
