**How you will contribute**

You will optimize delivery of service to meet business demands and to meet the service operations strategy.
In addition, you will plan, measure, report, and communicate service improvement initiatives, consult on issues and resolutions, and recommend steps to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks.
In this role, you will also identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and oversee them and support management with regional service contracts, in-country billing and cross charging.

- A detailed oriented individual with strong process and financial expertise.
- Responsible for reviewing and reconciling all Infrastructure invoices to ensure they match services rendered.
- Consistently negotiating and bringing visibility to overall spend.
- Governs full end to end invoices processing and ensures compliance.
**Key Responsabilities**
- Accountable for ensuring all Invoices are reviewed, analyzed and paid within compliance
- Deep understanding of the services needed across the region and uses this to support Supplier Relationship activities
- Understanding/enforcement of the procurement systems and processes.
- Processes invoices after review of services rendered based on detailed knowledge of contract and technical environment Globally and within Region
- Management of Invoice Processing across all regional service delivery and CTO functions, including reporting and metrics
- Understanding/enforcement of processes, audit rules and validation of technical designs
- Provides reporting and analysis to ensure costs are correctly allocated for cross-charging at Global/Regional and Country level

**What you need to know about this position**:

- Has deep understanding of the business process and the solutions implemented in support of a process or sub process.
May have expertise in one or more sub processes.
- Acts as a liaison to the global / regional functional team for their areas of accountability
- Ensures alignment, approval and funding source for all service requests across network functions.
- Internally the incumbent works with members of their Global and Regional CTO Teams, Project Managers, Global, Regional and Country Finance teams
- Externally works with vendors
- College degree ideally in Information systems/Finance
- Good knowledge and understanding of SAP and general financial processes
- Good understanding of Vendor Management required to support governance processes
- Understanding of IT/IS environment/services/technology and relationship with, nice to have

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years IT/IS/Finance experience overall
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders across functions within a region (VP, Sr, Director etc )
- No direct reports but requirement to engage with Vendors, and relatively Senior Global and Regional IS and Finance leaders
- Budget accountability experience - Directly influences spend (30MM - 32MM)
