Job Description
This position will provide engineering support through improved methods and processes, need Knowledge in WIN and Linux OS to execute tests requested, also debug of problems related to hardware and software. Give Support to the technical execution team to solve L0 execution problems, also fix issue L1 and escalate L2 issue to respective team.
Implement tests and special equipment requests from other sites, understanding and managing priorities at all times of the day and control the workforce to cover all the tasks according to priorities.
Implementation of new technologies on site and corresponding settings, also perform BKMs for the team after validating the information, then make deploy of knowledge for the whole team.
Additional, control of the indicators for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
System or Electronic Engineering.
Experience in manual and Automated Testing.
Knowledge in programming languages (python)
Vocabulary Fluency, Spanish and English
People management.
Flexible Schedule
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
