**Power BI Developer (Remote)**

SGF Global is looking for a Power BI Developer, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in SQL programming and data visualization skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Organize and manipulate data in spreadsheet and database software packages (Excel, Access, Power BI, Power Query & DAX, etc.).
- Experience in Java, Python and Selenium as automation scripts (optional)
- Experience in SharePoint, Power Apps & Power Automate (optional)
- Background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling) and data mining
- Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports
- Significant hands-on experience in creating and deploying KPI, analytic, and dashboard solutions including design, development, deployment, data engineering, data warehousing, and data management projects and practices
- Assists in preparing technical data for interpretation, conduct analyses and routine computer processing of the data, and help create final displays of the results, often for formal presentations
- Able to summarize data and to assemble tables, digital graphics, and maps in PowerPoint presentations.
Able to create concise reports/dashboards and present on the findings to both management and the professional community
- Manipulate, format, and load data into interpretation projects
- English C1

**Position overview**:
As a Power BI Developer, you will work with the design and develop of dashboards, reports for business analysis.
**General Duties and Tasks**:

- Building Analysis Services reporting models
- Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop
- Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals
- Develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards
