The role

The Principal Product Marketing Manager will support the definition and strategy of Creative Cloud products, services for SMBs. You will demonstrate your deep services and customer knowledge to lead product marketing strategy while collaborating with product management to help define product requirements. This role will be part of a highly engaged product marketing team responsible for owning and delivering compelling segmentation of our existing Creative Cloud for teams, customer journeys, use cases, personas and messaging to drive adoption and usage of Creative Cloud apps and services. You will also identify value expansion opportunities to support Adobe growth beyond Creative Cloud apps and services. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with other product marketing partners to connect and tailor new product value across categories into meaningful messaging for SMBs. We are looking for a hardworking and passionate driver with outstanding product marketing skills to influence, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build empathy and intimacy with the SMB market through market research, insights, and relationships with the customer base.

· Rally partner teams behind the strategy, crisply and clearly communicating the strategy to internal teams so that they can build plans toward reaching the strategy.

· Lead the strategy of Creative Cloud for teams Admin Console – collaborating with product management and cross functional teams to prioritize initiatives and testing to drive growth and retention.

· Collaborate with product management, engagement and customer experience teams to tailor product positioning and experience that will support customer onboarding and product engagement.

· Represent SMB customers to internal teams, and champion delivering a delightful customer experience

· Support product releases and own the cross-functional implementation of the marketing plan

Requirements:

· Ability to build a strategy and drive the creation of a roadmap of projects based on analysis of data, segmentation research and competitive analysis

· Demonstrated history of building conviction and a strong point of view, built on a deep understanding of audiences, markets, products and competitive landscapes. Ability to distill complex issues down to a simple story and communicate to executive audiences, technical partners, and marketing partners.

· Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with key teams including Product Management, Engagement Marketing, and Program/Project Management.

· Proven understanding of services as a product and e-commerce solutions

· Highly organized and able to respond to continuous requests from cross-functional and remote team

· Strong project and time management skills

· Ambitious, self-starter with a positive, upbeat attitude

· MBA Preferred

· 10+ years of product marketing or business strategy experience on a successful offering, ideally with focus on creative or collaborative tools for small and mid-market businesses
