You work in Mondelez International Business Services, coordinating your duties to support impeccable service operations.
In this role, you work with other employees to ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.
**How you will contribute**

When you receive a request that is pertinent to your area of responsibility, you will review and co-ordinates activities to respond to that request, communicating progress to clients and scheduling meetings as appropriate, and ensuring service quality is delivered.
Good technical writing skills are necessary in this role because you will write documentation and follow up on down-stream processes.
In addition, you will manage the filing and storage of documentation, ensuring that Mondelez International complies with the appropriate data privacy and legal requirements.
You will also initiate and follow up on activities as required by third-party vendors, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data and produce and analyze reports as required, and recommend and take action on opportunities for continuous improvement.

**More about this role**

Support to the North American business with the completion of the privacy projects and activities (privacy impact assestments, training education).
**Responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting the DPO and Data Privacy Lead with the delivery of Data Privacy initiatives
- Supporting and promoting compliance with Data Privacy legislation and best practice
- Identifying areas for improvement regarding data processing activities within HR processes and proposing steps to address gaps, helping define and deliver agreed next steps and solutions
- Managing and reporting metrics to senior management on a regular basis
- Managing a Team of GDPR Advisors by providing guidance, direction, and training to enable individuals to coordinate requests indep endently to an excellent quality standard
- Managing the performance of the GDPR Team by conducting regular checks and coaching individuals when required
- Supporting the GDPR Team to r espond to Data Privacy queries from the business
- Supporting the GDPR Team to c oordi nate responses on all Data Subject Rights requests to meet statutory deadlines
- Monitoring, recording and analysing Data Protection incidents by investigating, managing and reporting breaches when required
- Supporting the business with the completion of Data Privacy Impact Assessments
- Supporting the People Services training and awareness program by design ing, deliver ing, and updating training materials
- Supporting the DPO to address complaints that are registered with the various European Data Protection Authorities
- Assisting the HR teams on Data Privacy responses
- Continuous learning and updating of knowledge on latest developments on the GDPR
- Supporting the DPO and Data Privacy Lead with annual audit reviews

**What extra ingredients you will bring**:This person needs to have experience working on a selfpassed enviorement, demostrating inniative, going one step forward, outgoing (will be working with multi functional co workers), also a "make it happend" mentally will be key.
**Education / Certifications**:

- Degree in business administration, legal or related (Desired)
- Certifications in CIPP/ US or CIPM, CIPT or equivalent (Desired)
- Desirable - experience using data privacy management software
- Proficient in technology - including Microsoft Office

- Previous experience of working in a similar role or demonstration of knowledge of Data P rivacy regulations
