Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
As Process Automation Manager, you are going to play a crucial role in our global team, which is leading the way in the execution of cutting-edge automation technology at scale. You will be responsible for building automation opportunity pipeline and execution across multiple stakeholders to agreed scope and time. By working daily with the business unit's leadership, you will ensure automation adoption goals and business outcomes are being met. In addition,this position is taking the Product Owner role in Scrum squad/team.
To succeed in this role, you should have proven the experience of delivering high visibility projects in potentially very high pace. You should be flexible and able to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities (Agile). Ability to communicate with senior-level internal and external stakeholder representatives in a rational and professional manner on project progress, issues, risks, and solutions. Process management experience with Lean methodologies and Scrum certification will be requested as well.
