Develops technologies, processes, or equipment for projects in early to late stage development. Develops capable processes and ensures efficient and effective transfer of product into production.
Your Responsibilities Include:
:Assesses process capabilities, prioritizes process improvement opportunities, and innovates and implements process improvements on multiple and moderately complex processes.
:Applies technical knowledge to innovate, design, and develop technologies, processes, procedures, tooling and/or automation.
:Contributes with the economic factibility and strategy alignment of early stage concepts for the Manufacturing Site and Supplier Recommendation process.
:Executes the functional deliverables associated with Exploratory, PDP/TDP, Project Management, and Quality Systems.
:Evaluates technologies through engineering tests and experiments and may obtain performance feedback from technical community and customers.
:Prepares and presents technical data and recommendations to technical community. and key stakeholders to drive towards technology selection decisions.
:Provide feedback to ease the Development of qualified production lines.
:Additional Duties:
:Oversees development builds associated with the project using special work requests.
:Writes validation protocols and reports applicable to new processes.
:Provides Design for Manufacturability (DFM) input to the engineering print package.
:Invents/ creates concepts and designs for new products/processes and generates Intellectual Property submissions.
:May supervise, train and/or provide work direction to technicians and may train manufacturing personnel when required as part of a validation.
:May serve as core team member or extended team member on new product projects.
:Participates as active member of Technology Roadmap group to build and utilize expertise in key technical competencies.
:Activly works in creating a network of SMEs to expand clinical knowledge among its group and exercise the needs and acute;screening process to promote innovation in the department or functional group.

English Level required: B2 (70:79).

Desired knowledge: Process Validations, Project Management, Knowledge in Quality Systems, Process Improvement.
