Responsibilities

It will really make us smile if you have…

Create, implement, maintain and improve the capacity analysis and/or Work Force Managament model to contribute with the organization’s work balance, business continuity and growth.
Create, implement, maintain and improve the standard times and work flow balancing for the different processes in scope.
Map and document process to: identify process and training gaps, comply with the quality system or other requirements like SOX, identify opportunities to improve productivity (Quality, Cost and Delivery). Implement standard work. Eliminate wastes. Create, implement, maintain and improve a problem-solving roadmap, using all engineering tools. Ensure documentation supports business continuity in case of people moves. Identify training gaps.
Lead or participate in problem solving teams as required. Contribute to the creation, implement, and maintain a process improvement roadmap, using company engineering tools.
Lead or participate in process improvement teams as required.
Create, implement, maintain and improve new processes to enhance customer experience. Support the implementation of the organization performance monitoring system with the applicable engineering and stakeholder management tools. Create, implement, maintain and improve together with the site leadership the: Key Performance Indicators for the different company layers. Cadence for Key Performance Indicators review. Initiate, plan, execute, control & monitor and close site strategic and/or critical tactical projects.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Language: Bilingual English / Spanish, English level minimum B2+ (80%).
Experience: At least 4 years of related experience working in a medical device industry. Experience in Shared Services, Call Centers is a plus.
Strong statistical and analytical skills with application to process improvement. Experience in process documentation, improvement, problem solving, sampling plans, Six Sigma, lean tools, etc.
Excellent communication skills and ability/flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment at a technical level. Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
