Money makes the world go ‘round, right? But what makes money itself go ‘round? That’s the job of payment processing companies. They make sure the spice flows. The spice must flow! And one such company is looking for a skilled processing manager to help them reach their ambitious goal: to manage $1 Billion in annual payment card transactions within the next 10 years. Their plan is to get there one merchant at a time by providing more value, more options and outstanding support for our clients. Are you the one that's going to help them achieve this?

We Need You To Be a Master Of:

Figuring out how to best support team members - and doing it!
Clear communication with good English fluency (spoken and written).
Having a detail and results-oriented approach.
Personal and team organization.
Be available for work during the EST timezone work hours.
Having banking experience is a plus!
And if you are familiar with payment processing, that gives you bonus points, too!

Here’s What You’re Going To do In The Team:

Maintain the team’s CRM.
Collect documentation from clients.
Complete merchant account applications.
See the applications through for the entire process (takes 7-30 days).
Relentlessly pursue the merchants and the banks to collect and submit missing documentation.
Lead the deployment of the new merchant accounts (setting up payment gateways, deploying hardware).
