Join our global TUI Musement Team in Costa Rica as a Product & Contracting Executive. To ensure that TUI can put day after day a smile on the faces of its guests, your mission will be to ensure that the supplier's contracting process run smoothly by optimally supporting to local contracting team. Our focus remains on providing great products and a fantastic service.**ABOUT THE JOB**- Creation and maintenance of suppliers in local systems.- Increase of product portfolio in our own B2C and B2B platform.- Creation of contracts based on negotiation with suppliers.- Assistance in the creation of itineraries based on our product portfolio and customer needs.- Ensure the highest health & safety standards with suppliers.- Quality control on negotiation with suppliers.- Maintain communication and productive relationships with our suppliers.- Identify product trends & help expand product portfolio.- Supporting other TUI Musement areas, such as Commercial, Finance, Sales teams, by searching and providing quality information based on requests made.- Acquire deep knowledge of the products & services (hotels, activities, transportation) we offer to our clients by participating in fam trips and on-site inspections.**ABOUT YOU**:- Experienced in the tourism business with strong knowledge and understanding of the Specialist Business area (groups, roundtrips, fly & drive, open voucher, etc).- Experience in a purchasing function (independent negotiation and conclusion of contracts).- Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.- High degree of teamwork and empathy combined with good communication skills.- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working.- Creative, solution-oriented and forward-looking way of thinking.- English level B1 (intermediate).- Ability to drive change actively.**ABOUT OUR OFFER**- Competitive salary and benefits as standard- Career progression opportunities in more than 50 countries worldwide- Develop yourself as part of a friendly, richly diverse and virtual international team- An exceptional approach to your learning - access to free learning platforms & language lessonsTUI Musement is a leading Tours & Activities business.
