Product Owner

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Product Owner is a member of the Agile Team responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of product priorities as defined by the business and the product owner, while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team.

The PO has a significant role in quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept stories as done along with the Product Owner in USA.

This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with the Product Owner in USA in managing the release plans definition and tactical execution.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED:
? Strong Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies and best practices.
? 2+ years’ experience working with technical teams through the development cycle
? Strong domain of the scrum framework
? Bachelor Degree Education or Equivalent Experience.

DESIRABLE:
? Technical knowledge is desired: computer knowledge, databases (MS SQL, Oracle, Access, etc.)
? Project Management Experience
? Software development technologies/databases background

BIG PLUS:
? Strong data industry knowledge is a plus
? Amazon Web Services knowledge
