Production On Call Analystto join our team in
San Joaquin de Flores Heredia,
Heredia (CR:H),
Costa Rica (CR).
Analyze, Debug and troubleshoot Production support issues
Handle Incident tickets, Problem tickets and Service requests using ticketing systems
Triage with different groups for Issue and Problem Resolution
Documentation Performance analysis of critical components in production
Regular monitoring of critical components in Production
Good written and oral communication skills
Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills Process Driven, Customer oriented and Deadline driven.
Eventually lead a team of 10 or more resources. The skill requirements are:
Total experience 1:3 years,
UNIX, SQL 1+ years of experience,
Experience of working with Global team.
Excellent English communication
Ab Initio 3+ years of experience, is a plus

Applies a broad knowledge of application programming and design to analyze and isolate issues.
Exceptional ability to effectively troubleshoot program errors.
General understanding of how technology decisions relate to business needs.
Ability to train others
