In any given workday, you will be given the responsibility to innovate and create an impact on our business in developing and managing all Program schedule integration CR Assembly and Test manufacturing facility located in Costa Rica.
This position will support Program Manager and will interact with multiple groups stakeholders for schedule alignment, progress tracking and drive to close any schedule gap through proactive look ahead and creative problem solving.
**Responsibilities will include**:

- Development and maintain Program DTM.
- Manage and align program L1/L2 milestones with deep business understanding.
- Interaction with Design, Construction and Facilities teams, Customers, Suppliers, etc.
in a new Program to ensure alignment with plans.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Engineering background.
Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineers can be considered for this position.
- Experience working with MS Project (Microsoft Project).
- Previous experience in Project Management.
- Willing to focus on multiple projects concurrently and prioritize workload.
- Willing to work in a culturally diverse environment.
- Experience working in a high performing team culture.
**Preferred qualifications**
- Previous experience in schedule integrator background is desirable.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
- Experience working with Primavera.
- 2+ years of experience working at industrial environment.
