ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Plan

Ensuring the project teams are using the right project plan templates

All team members have access to the project plan and able to make updates

Track and follow up all open critical path items
:
Ensure the project plans and their statuses are up to date

Publish the status reports to all stakeholders on a weekly basis

Assist as a scribe for meetings (where applicable)
Resource Management

Responsible to load and maintain all project resources required

Track and maintain resources vacations, travel dates and schedules
Cost Management

Responsible to track the resource time, travel costs, other costs payed to suppliers and summarize the operational and capital costs monthly

Ensure that the finance charges are duly booked and the project costs are current

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Strong project management skills and understanding of project management lifecycle.

Project management certification is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and excellent documentation skills are a must.

Able to assume and complete assignments independently.

Excellent customer service skills required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
