SGF Global is looking for a Project Coordinator, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- +4 years' experience in a related field.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- English C1
- Full time (8h)
- Experience in creating/managing the budgets and resource plans in ServiceNow.
(preferred)
- Experience managing small to medium size projects.
(preferred)
- Advanced Excel abilities such as pivot tables, macros, graphs, and charts.
(preferred)
- Experience managing budgets.
(preferred)
- Experience in IT Vendor Management (1-2 years).
(preferred)
- Project Management or Agile certification (1-2 years).
(preferred)
- Experience on tools like ServiceNow.
(preferred)
- Multicultural Team experience.

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Working with projects that are typically of smaller scope, cost, and complexity as well as many unstructured tasks in support of the IT PMO and IT Development teams that often do not require full end to end project planning.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules and budgets.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Providing administrative support to the Clinical IT PMO and Development Teams.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
