About the role:
:
Lead and manage cross:functional teams to submit and implement MDR (Medical Device Regulation) projects in the Rhythm Management division
:
The scope of projects includes activities in labeling, R and D, risk management, clinical, post market, and operations across business units and manufacturing sites
:
Strong knowledge of design control process and procedures is required for this role
:
Success in the role requires ability to lead a cross:functional team to define and/or refine processes, creating a cohesive strategy for project execution, and driving execution to ensure project completion
:
Familiarity with the Medical Device Regulation in Europe
:
Multiple projects will be handled simultaneously with cross:functional team members from R and D, Design Assurance, Post Market, Clinical, Regulatory, and Operations
:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships are required for this role
Your responsibilities include:
:
Developing, executing, and leading project/program teams to successfully deliver MDR submission and implementation
:
Working with the project team to develop process flows to enhance project execution
:
Performing risk assessment and putting together effective response plans
:
Building team ownership and commitment to project plan
:
Developing and monitoring project budget through regular analysis of cost and spending
:
Timely communication of priorities and status with senior management, regional and functional leads including presentations and discussions at FLT and PIB
:
Resolving conflicts with team members and providing input to functional managers on team and team member performance
:
Mentoring and/or coaching other functional team members and project managers
:
Resolving conflicts with team members and providing input to functional managers on team and team member performance
:

Minimum Qualifications
:
Bachelors degree plus 5:7 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
:
Strong organization, communication and influencing skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to confidently handle full responsibility for project completion
:
Results:oriented and focused on delivering timely, accurate and premium execution
:
Experience in managing multiple significant, cross functional projects and/or initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
:
4:year Bachelors degree required, preferably in engineering
:
Advanced degree especially MBA is preferred
:
Qualified candidate should have 10+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years of relevant project management experience
:
PMP certification a plus
:
Experience managing sustaining and new product development projects including business critical and high visibility projects
:
Strong organization, execution and communication skills will be required, as well as a demonstrated ability to lead and work together with a cross functional
