**Job Purpose & Impact**
The Project Manager helps oversee and handle the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison among project management and planning, project team and line management. We seek a professional who will contribute to and review the project proposal to resolve time frame, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project. These clients include but are not limited to the Finance, Human Resources, Sourcing & Procurement, Transportation & Logistics, Global Process Owner, and New Services leads.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Participate in identifying and resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
+ Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
+ Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.
+ Help organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine resource requirements.
+ You will work under general supervision and independently solve moderately complex issues while referring more complex problems to a higher-level staff.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
+ Minimum of two years of related work experience
+ Advanced English level
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience related to project management
+ Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
+ Experience working with multifunctional teams
+ Demonstrated success working independently in a remote, global environment
+ Able to multi-task, prioritize work and operate under tight deadlines
+ Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and establish process and structure
+ Advanced degree (Masters or MBA)
+ Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
+ Experience leading agile projects
+ Experience in influencing and managing cross-functional teams with indirect reporting lines.
+ Track record of positively and effectively leading people through change
+ Advanced portuguese
+ Availability for eventual trips
