What this job involves
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Project Manager to join our team:
**Location**: Urbanización Colón, San José, Costa Rica.
**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
**Work model**: On site.
**Contract Type**: Indefinite-term.
This role is responsible for working in collaboration and alignment with Regional Project Manager to execute project management services for all small moves, adds, & changes (MACs) and minor space reconfiguration projects (less than USD 250K).
What is your day to day?
Escalate in a timely manner when risks are identified.
For small and medium sites, work in coordination with the Facility Coordinator.
Track and report in an accurate and timely manner utilizing the authorized protocols or tools the advances of the project.
Provide visibility and work as One Team with client stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience before, during and after the project execution.
For large sites, manage project management services for building infrastructure improvements, excluding new construction, under US$250,000 threshold.
For small and medium sites, work in coordination with the Facility Coordinator.
Ensure compliance with budget, schedule and scope with no business interruption maximizing end user and client satisfaction.
Support Full Scope Projects and Transaction Management according to SOP.
Desired experience and technical skills
Ability to plan and manage within budget and time constraints
Experience with managing multiple vendors and projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Project Management for corporate offices.
Required
Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical, civil).
A minimum of two years' experience as a Project Manager for corporate offices, required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant.
Previous experience in civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
Certified in PMI, Agile or Scrum.
Advanced level of English.
