**Main Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the coordination and timely execution of Financial Management and Human Talent projects, including progress monitoring and provision of all deliverables included in the contract.
- Coordinates the actions of the Project Managers and Technical Leaders of Financial Administration and Human Resources Implementation.
- Ensures that the project is delivered on time, on budget and that all approvals from MH are completed on time.
- Counterpart to the MH Outgoing Implementation Manager and liaison between the consulting firm and the project.
**Qualifications**:
- Professional degree or minimum academic degree in areas related to Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Technology or equivalent.
- Professional Experience minimum of 10 years.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management following international standards (PMI, PRINCE 2 or similar).
- Have managed at least 2 projects of at least 8 months duration, related to the implementation of information systems and/or process reengineering with the public sector.
- International experience as a manager or technical or functional leader in at least one project related to Public Financial Administration.
- Have managed the complete cycle (from start to finish) of at least 1 project of at least 10 months duration, in the implementation of Public Financial Administration and/or Human Resources systems in the Public Sector with each of the COTS products offered.
- ** Must **have excellent oral and written communication skills in **Spanish and English**.
