About the Role:

Provide vision and leadership as giving direction to strategic projects with significant impact within the corporation. Lead cross:functional teams of company and consulting professionals to evaluate, design, build, and implement solutions to address shortfalls of one aspect of the companys Quality System.

Your Responsibilities Include:

:Make sure that the projects department is compliant to all external regulations (p.e. Quality, 404/SOX)
:Managing day:to:day operations of the projects involved
:Prioritizing project tasks and develop timelines
:Creating and managing budget for projects (OPEX + CAPEX)
:Define and maintain project descriptions
:Monitor and report on project results (regarding all quality, leadtime, financial and other applicable goals)
:Organize project meetings

What Were Looking For:

:Licenciature degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Biomedical, Chemistry, Industrial Electrical, Industrial Mantenance.
:Master in Project Management or equivalent Certificacion.
:English Level required: C1: 90:94.

:Desired experience in product transfer and/or acquisitions integration.
:Skills in planning, execution, problem solving, risk and cost managment.
:Strong communications skills, relationship building Stakeholders management, collaboration, influence.
:At least 7 years of experience in similar position.
