**Project Manager Sr. (Remote)**

**Heredia, Costa Rica**

SGF Global is looking for a Project Manager Sr., for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools including Agile Methodologies.
- Standard project Management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to drive day-to-day activities for self and for the team toward successful implementation or task closure.
- Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design, and practical implementation of IT solutions
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Experience in IT Vendor Management (3+ years) (preferred)
- Project Management or Agile certification (3+ years) (preferred)
- Experience on tools like ServiceNow, PPM, OKR Methods (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills.

**Overview**:
The IT Project Manager oversees various system projects and/or programs of a highly complex nature.
The IT Project Manager work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.
The IT Project Manager assembles a project team, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project.
Often actively manages stakeholder partnerships and mitigates risks.
Familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
When managing programs, oversees the interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects, and sets strategies and program execution to deliver longer term business value.
Can possess specialized knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks used to manage risks and issues unique to technology projects.
Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies, and operating standards.
Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities and follows direction.
Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.
**Responsibilities**:

- The IT Project Manager takes responsibility and is a proactive self-starter capable of working with mínimal direction.
- Able to work with other strong individuals and not afraid to address issues, comfortable speaking with IT and business leadership/executives.
- The IT Project Manager is a well-organized, articulate communicator (written and verbal with good interpersonal skills.
- The IT Project Manager understands project, product, waterfall, and agile methodologies and can navigate between various work efforts using varying methodologies.
- He/She/They have responsibility for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of assigned work efforts.
- The IT Project Manager coordinates communication with all areas that impact the scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.
Often actively manages stakeholder partnerships and mitigates risks.
Familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
Sets project strategies and execution to deliver long term business value.
- Can possess specialized knowledge of contract language and management used to manage Information Technology vendor relationships.
