Your Responsibilities: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
Controls execution corresponding to T&E process.
Employees and Credit Cards Payments coordination.
Reporting and analysis of data corresponding to Travel and Expense (T&E).
Resolve queries regarding Travel and Expense (T&E).
Corporate Credit Cards Monitoring
Review and approval of expense reports according to Travel and Expense (T&E) Global Policy.
Support to payments rejection process (employees and vendors).

Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
Advanced university student in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or a related field.
1 years of experience in Travel and Expense (T&E) processes.
Intermediate English level (B1).
Attention to detail and analytical capacity.
Good organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proactive.
Preferred Qualifications:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:
Graduated from a technical high school in Accountant
Knowledge of SAP.
Good level in Microsoft Office – knowledge in Excel.
