**Duties and Responsibilities**
- To provide support in the procurement process, working closely with Project Specialists and Buyers to ensure efficiency in the buyouts process.
- To manage buyouts requisitions, control, and track status/pricing/requirements.
- To provide support with the project opening and closure, resource allocation, timesheet adjustments and any other entry/report in Clarity.
- To provide support adjusting budgets, invoicing dates, and task dates in Oracle. Download reports from the system as requested.
- To meet defined standard metrics (Quality, OTD, Customer Satisfaction, TAT)
- To serve as back-up support for other project analysts as necessary.
**Qualifications**
- Business degree or advanced student in Business Administration or Industrial Engineer.
- 2+ years' experience in a customer support or project controlling positions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, specially Intermediate Excel
- Excellent communication skills. B1 English level.
- Proven experience working with high detail-oriented customers.
