**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in estimating.
- Help keep vision and goals visible.
- Provide fast feedback.
- Automate regression testing.
- Participate in release readiness/demos.
- Enforce the definition of done on an agile team.
- Take initiative to contribute to the refinement of existing Development Model processes.
- Write test documentation, prepare test plans, define and create test cases/scripts, automate testing.
- Log defects in a very detailed and structured manner.
- Facilitate the requirements-gathering process; ensure business needs are met by asking detailed questions.
- Maintain requirements documentation.
- Create clear, concise, detail-oriented test plans and test cases based on functional specifications.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for QA-related functions via daily meetings as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong and clear communicator
- Able to create risk and impact-based test plans.
- Must be able to write and review team members' test cases.
- Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server, IIS, Mysql, Tomcat, Windows Server, Linux
- Experience with Webdriver.IO, Jira, and Testrail a definite asset.
