SBR Net Marketing is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer who will help guarantee high-quality user experiences for our portfolio of web applications. Qualified candidates will have experience ensuring quality, stability and reliability of highly technical web applications through the use of various methods of automated testing.
Responsibilities
Test web applications by verifying functionality, performance, and device compatibility
Create and execute automated test plans using Selenium or WebDriver
Work closely with development teams and product owners to clarify functionality requirements
Work as a member of an Agile SCRUM team delivering high quality software in two week sprints
Define and document test cases based of user stories
Document software bugs with detailed steps for replication of the defects found
Mentor team members in automated test development
Contribute towards team estimation and scheduling process
Requirements
Proficiency communicating in English
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
Programming knowledge in Java or C# is preferable
Knowledge of basic web technologies such as REST, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium, WebDriver is preferable
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Attention to detail and dedication to quality
Ability to explain technical matters clearly and succinctly, also to non-technical people
