Job SummaryAudit merchandise and documentation of the Distribution Warehouse and other operations. Train associates in c’GMP and Distribution Warehouse procedures. Review documentation related to the quality controls of the operation. Execute audits and inspections for the general operation. Keep record and document for all Non-Conformance Material and collaborate with all Quality Complaints with root cause and look for solution. MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance) Execute and handling onsite inspections of the warehouse and manufacturing final products or services operations. Conducts relevant file maintenance and maintains documentation for the relevant QC function. Perform error feedback form to perform audits on the different task as required by Quality Supervisor. Audits different logbooks (temp, humidity, lifters, pest control, cleaning, etc.). Generate reports. Following of the training matrix of the staff on an annual and schedule basis (cGMP, OSHA, Good Document Practices, Forklift, and Safety among others). Perform Non-conformance reports and send reports to QA Supervisor and Operation Manager. Collaborate on root cause evaluation and variance and quality incidents reports. Execute audit action plans. Comply with GMP procedures for the operation. Guarantee SOP’s are follow as written. Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors and Warehouse Supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications) Technical degree in science, chemistry or engineering, preferred. 1 - 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, GMP, GDP, or ISO industry (Hazardous Material handling and clean up as plus). Intermediate level Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Internet or related KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently) Strong communication and organization skills required Effective coaching and evaluation skills Communication skills in English and Spanish Ability to keep records of evidence. Knowledge of GMP, GDP and ISO standards. Knowledge of Industrial Safety Proven Presentation and problem solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure. Organization and time management skills. Practices attentive and active listening. ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under Typical Positions) Typically works in a warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level. Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems. A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis. Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 20 lbs. Although the associate performs clerical duties, while performing the duties of this job, the associate is exposed to an industrial warehouse environment. The associate may work near moving mechanical machinery and noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Associate may be exposed to areas with Penicillin, Aspirin, Alcohol, Acetone and other fumes.
