The Operations
QA Lead manages and executes QA of STP and TEC processes, including
core financial processes such as Invoice Processing, Payments, Holds, Travel/
Expense Cards (TEC) processes. Provide team support, resolution of complex
issues, definition of standards and approaches, planning, and internal/external
client relationship management.

Job
Description

A professional at
this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

+ Ensure quality by performing
daily testing of transactions performed by the delivery teams

+ Coordinate individual and
teamwork assignments

+ Monitors workload balancing

+ Monitor individual and team
service levels are met or exceeded

+ Perform coaching sessions to
identify root cause of errors and create action plans and preventative
measures to improve delivery resources’ performance

+ Demonstrate expert knowledge of
processes and related systems to effectively perform daily responsibilities

+ Supports delivery managers in
monthly tasks, such as reporting, error analysis, and process document
updates

+ Provide training and support to
QA team

+ Executes tasks with little or
no supervision

+ Suggests more effective ways to
accomplish tasks and overcome obstacles

+ Demonstrates flexibility and
optimism in adapting to change and challenges

+ Applies critical thinking,
experience and input from others in decision making

+ Raises quality and or scope
issues

+ Monitors team members’
performance with the focus on improvement

+ Front line contact for
questions or issues surrounding service levels

+ Participates in providing
feedback to the Operations team for improvement suggestions

+ Ensures timely feedback is
provided to individuals and teams on quality issues, changes or trends

+ Assists delivery
managers in the creation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for Team
Members not meeting expected production or quality targets, monitors
program for a defined period

+ QUALIFICATIONS
& KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
+ Bachelor's degree preferred

+ Min 3 years
of demonstrated work experience in F&A processes

+ Strong
stakeholder management and communication skills, related process domain
expertise and experience, supervisory skills

+ 1-3
years of experience
in leading and motivating a team to achieve goals

+ Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle,
Salesforce, SAP, etc.) would be an advantage

+ Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay,
Travel Expense Cards (TEC), particularly, knowledge of payment methods,
Time & Expense audit and letters of credit

+ Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the
ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within client and
Accenture organizations
