**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Senior Analyst, General Ledger
Record to Report (R2R)
- Perform transactional activities that enable the accounting and finance activities
- Update and maintain general ledger accounting journals
- Support monthly and annual close processes
- Reconcile accounts with the general ledger to ensure that all entries are accurate and in compliance with accounting standards and make changes where necessary when errors are found
- Prepare analytic reports and/ or accounting schedules
- Adhere to agreed service levels, company policies and procedures
- Identify repetitive issues or risks and propose on improvement opportunities
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Advanced knowledge/ use of ERP, consolidation/reporting tools (Hyperion, SAP-SEM) and office productivity tools (MS Office etc.)
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Very good professional understanding of Finance & Accounting processes and respective technical solutions
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Over 3 years of work experience
- Industry or shared services experience is an added advantage
