The recruiting manager will manage our recruitment to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company's current and future needs.
You should also be able to prepare progress reports on all recruiting campaigns.
Responsibilities for Recruiting Manager
- Set clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment team
- Train and supervise recruiters in the correct company processes
- Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
- Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g.
time-to-fill and cost-per-hire)
- Suggest ways to improve the employer's brand.
- Research the best job advertising techniques
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Coordinate and follow up with clients on the different recruiting efforts.
- Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods
- Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

Qualifications for Recruiting Manager
- Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
- Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases
- Knowledge of social media and professional networks
- 4+ years of professional recruiting experience in the IT Industry, with at least one year in a supervisory role
- Familiarity with HR practices
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing (English 85% or more)
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
