Abour the role:

The Regional Leader will initially be in charge of executing a thorough market analysis of the respective country and deciding on the best strategy to expand the BSC footprint in said market, leveraging the already stablished partnership with Distributors as well as capitalizing on other opportunities and go to market strategies.

Once the business model is decided, the Regional Leader for CA Business will create, direct, and lead the development and execution of the Region marketing and sales strategies for all Boston Scientific divisions; assume accountability for the overall sales and business performance, including profit and loss responsibility; manage all aspects of the divisional product franchises to establish and maintain a market leadership position in the country for the individual product lines; determine and implement the appropriate sales models, by geographical region, city or account, to maximize revenue and profit; lead the formation of the Strategic Plan through Market Opportunity Assessment and Customer Segmentation; and drive execution of the plan through leadership and coaching to Distributors and or Marketing and Sales Team members.

Your responsabilities include:

:Market Development/Revenue Growth: Develop an annual region business plan and specific market:focused strategies to grow the business profitably; develop market strategies aimed at building brand awareness and customer loyalty; develop and nurture customer relationships with key opinion leaders and government officials that influence Boston Scientific's image and business activity; lead major strategic sales initiatives including developing, negotiating and managing major accounts; prepare quarterly regional sales forecasts and determines the market potential and sales expense estimates; identify sales forecast gaps, submit corrective strategies and implements aggressive sales growth; Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring a region targeting program.
:Distributor Relationship: Obtain and contract distributor partners where justified by the business model for the region or account. Negotiate distributor agreements and manages those relationships. Choose and develop distribution partners through knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape. Responsible for the end customer business strategy of the region or account(s) served by Third:Party Distributor(s). Provide business support for the indirect/third party retail distribution channels established. Serve as the interface between the company and the distributor, which will include sales, marketing, contract compliance, training and other support activities. Develop and execute both short and long range sales plans and programs to ensure revenue, gross profit, and sales process objectives are achieved across their portfolio of Distributors. Leverage deep understanding of the market and distributors business to identify how BSC's products provide a value:added solution. Negotiate key contract terms with distributor, while sustaining strong distributor relationships.
:Industry Knowledge: Responsible for providing continuous tools and education to group members (Distributors, other channels or eventually other employees) to ensure up to date industry, competitor and product knowledge
